IPR Directive

Refers to European “Directive 2004/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the enforcement of intellectual property rights” 2004 OJ L 195/16. The directive provides for substantial uniformity in the ability of IPR holders (including licensees) to seek enforcement of their rights in member states, including rights to discovery and search orders, preliminary injunctions, injunctions, damages and legal costs.
