Geek Gap

Rude term used to describe a shortage of technical personnel as compared to a competitor. Typically used by non-technologist senior managers. Alternately, it is used to denote the comprehension gap between non-technologist managers and executives who commission or sell technology projects and the technologists who implement and develop them.
