A period of time in an agreement for a party to cure, or remedy certain breaches of the contract, license or agreement. Contracts may provide that all breaches are subject to a cure period, or they may categorize some breaches as too fundamental to be cured and others as subject to the cure period. A cure period is sometimes referred to as grace period.
