AIDA is the Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances, the International Insurance Law Association, as its name suggest an international organisation addressing insurance and reinsurance law. ARIAS or ARIAS-US is the AIDA Reinsurance & Insurance Arbitration Society, its US branch. ARIAS has established an arbitration system for insurance and reinsurance disputes, with a panel of potential arbitrators and a set of procedural and ethics rules.
