100 EPC, Article

Refers to the Article 100 of the European Patent Convention which sets forth the grounds for opposition to the grant of an EU patent, specifically that the patent should not be granted or should not have been granted under Articles 5357 of the EPC or Article 83 and 84, as well as the relatively rare grounds of Article 61 (i.e., that someone other than the applicant was entitled to the patent.)
